Reuters - FRANKFURT (Reuters) - German insurer Allianz will sell its Dresdner Bank unit to Commerzbank, in a two-stage transaction that values the bank at 9,800 million euros (about 14,450 million dollars), told Reuters on Sunday to sources familiar with the handover.
